Bruce Binkley, President and Chief Operating Officer of T.D.Williamson, Inc. today announced completion of the acquisition of Plugging Specialists International, ASA (PSI), the world's leading, remote controlled, tetherless, pipeline isolation services company, headquartered in Stavanger, Norway.
